Merbau Deck & Built-In Bench Seat Jordan Springs

This project in Jordan Springs involved the construction of a raised merbau timber deck with integrated bench seating to create a functional outdoor entertaining space. BTB Building Solutions completed all carpentry works including ground preparation, structural subframe framing, decking installation and custom built-in seating.

The new deck provided a low-maintenance outdoor area suitable for entertaining and everyday use while maximising the narrow side yard space. The built-in bench seat added practical seating without reducing usable floor area and created a clean, modern finish.
